TERMS OF COOPERATION
These Website Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the JS Online Studio website at jsonlinestudio.com, including viewing and using its content and submitting applications for potential cooperation.

By using the website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please stop using the website.

1. General Provisions
1.1. The website is intended to provide information about JS Online Studio, opportunities for online cooperation, and the training, guidance and support available to adult users interested in working through the international LiveJasmin platform.

1.2. These Terms apply to all visitors to the website, including persons who view information, use contact forms or submit an application.

1.3. Specific matters relating to cooperation, including training, guidance, revenue allocation, the parties’ obligations and termination of cooperation, are governed by separate Terms of Cooperation and/or an individual agreement.

1.4. These Terms do not constitute an employment contract, a services agreement, a guarantee of acceptance, a guarantee of earnings or an unconditional offer to enter into an agreement.
2. Website Owner and Operator
2.1. The website and the JS Online Studio brand are operated by Kiryl Maksimenka, acting as an individual (the “Operator”, “we”, “us” or “JS Online Studio”).

2.2. The email address for enquiries, notices and complaints is info@jsonlinestudio.com.

2.3. JS Online Studio is a partner of LiveJasmin pursuant to contractual arrangements entered into by the Operator with the relevant contracting party associated with the platform.

2.4. JS Online Studio does not own, operate or develop the LiveJasmin platform and does not control its technical operation, internal rules, verification procedures, availability of features, payment calculation methods or decisions concerning user accounts.

3. Purpose of the Website
3.1. Through the website, users may:

• obtain general information about JS Online Studio and the cooperation format;
• review eligibility criteria, selection stages, training and support arrangements;
• submit an application for preliminary consideration;
• contact JS Online Studio using the contact details provided.

3.2. The information on the website is provided for general informational purposes. Final terms of any potential cooperation are communicated separately to the candidate and set out in the relevant agreement.

4. User and Applicant Eligibility
4.1. The website is intended exclusively for adults. By submitting an application, the user confirms that they are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity under the applicable law.

4.2. Under the current cooperation programme, applications are primarily considered from women aged 18 to 35 who meet the published criteria. Submission of an application does not automatically establish eligibility and does not guarantee an interview or the commencement of cooperation.

4.3. Users must provide accurate, current information that relates to them personally. Applications may not be submitted on behalf of another person without that person’s express authorisation.

4.4. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that participation in the proposed activity is lawful in their country of residence or location, including compliance with age, tax, immigration and other mandatory requirements.

5. Submission and Review of Applications
5.1. An application is an expression of interest in potential cooperation and does not oblige JS Online Studio to enter into an agreement, provide training, register an account or permit the applicant to commence work.

5.2. JS Online Studio may contact the applicant, request additional information, invite the applicant to an online interview, postpone consideration or decline the application without entering into an agreement.

5.3. Until a separate agreement has been signed, either party may discontinue discussions regarding potential cooperation without giving reasons.

5.4. Identity, age and document verification for registration with LiveJasmin is carried out by the platform itself or by persons authorised by it in accordance with the platform’s rules. JS Online Studio does not require website visitors to upload a passport or other identity document to this website.

6. No Guarantees
6.1. JS Online Studio does not guarantee acceptance of an application, creation or approval of a LiveJasmin account, platform availability, any particular level of earnings, any specific number of users, the duration of cooperation or any other result.

6.2. Any earnings examples, results or success stories published on the website are illustrative only and do not mean that every user will achieve similar results.

6.3. Actual results depend, among other things, on the user’s activity, schedule, quality of work, compliance with recommendations and platform rules, demand, technical conditions and other circumstances beyond the control of JS Online Studio.

14.3. If the dispute is not resolved, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of Ireland. This clause does not deprive a user of any mandatory rights or remedies that cannot be waived by agreement under applicable law.

15. Severability
15.1. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
